At Spicewey, we strive to deliver fresh and high-quality spices and organic products to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • The product must not be opened or damaged.

Due to the nature of food products, opened spice packets or used items cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Opened food or spice products
  • Perishable goods
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Health and personal care items

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing time may vary.

If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during delivery.
If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us with your order details and product photos.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should contact us first for return instructions.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
